Cindy Taylor - Head of School

Cindy Taylor is a lifelong educator, mentor, and Christian leader with more than 30 years of experience serving students and families in classical Christian education. During her 30 years at Covenant Christian Academy, she served in numerous leadership and instructional roles, including Admissions Director, Dean of Students, Athletic Director, teacher, and varsity coach, leading the girls basketball team to a TAPPS State Championship in 2006.

Cindy’s leadership is rooted in her Christian faith and a deep commitment to building lasting relationships with students and families. For approximately 50 years, she has also served high school students through Young Life, investing in generations of young people and encouraging them in their faith.

Cindy and her husband of more than 45 years have raised four children, welcomed many “bonus kids” into their family, and are blessed with nine grandchildren.

Cindy now brings her experience, wisdom, and relational leadership to Southlake Christian Academy, part of the Kyrie classical school system, where she serves as Head of School and continues her lifelong calling to help young people grow in wisdom, faith, character, and purpose.
